Pool Closings
Schedule A Pool Closing
Inground pool closing includes:
- Disconnect & drain all equipment
- Blow out lines on one pump systems, plug skimmers & returns, and add anti-freeze
- Add shock & algaecide to pool
- Remove any ladders, handrails & diving boards
- Install winter cover
Pool closings do not include any vacuums. Please make sure your pool is clean and clear prior to closing.
If you are a maintenance customer, we will automatically schedule a power vacuum and lower water a day or two prior to your closing.
Please make sure the water level in your pool is lowered 6-8 inches below your skimmer and all winter equipment is accessible.
If a return visit is needed because the above is not completed, there will be an additional charge for coming back.
Above ground pool closing includes:
- Remove all hoses & drain all equipment
- Install winter plate/gizzmo on skimmer & plug return
- Add shock & algaecide to pool
- Install winter cover

Please make sure the water level in your pool is lowered 1-2 inches below your skimmer and all winter equipment is accessible.
If pool has drop in steps, we will remove the handrail and leave steps in the pool under the cover. If steps have to be removed, there will be an additional cost
If a return visit is needed because the above is not completed, there will be an additional charge for coming back.
